1. Overview

The 360 Tools ("we", "our") operates the360tools.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and most tools process your input entirely in your browser.

2. Data processed in your browser

The values you enter into our calculators, converters and generators (for example dates of birth, weights, loan amounts, passwords or text) are processed locally on your device wherever possible. This input is not transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools are useful and how the site performs. Analytics collects aggregated usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type and browser. IP addresses are anonymized. This data cannot be used by us to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

4. Contact form

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to you and do not add you to any marketing lists.

5. Third-party services

Some tools fetch data from third parties to work — for example, the currency converter retrieves exchange rates. These requests do not include personal information beyond what is technically necessary (such as your IP address making the request). Animated icons are served from Google Fonts infrastructure.

6. Data retention and your rights

We retain analytics data for the minimum period offered by Google Analytics. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold (such as contact form messages). Email us via the contact page to exercise these rights.

7. Children's privacy

Our tools are suitable for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
