- All tools are free. There is no premium tier, no account and no usage limit — nothing to unlock.
- Your data stays private. Calculators and converters run in your browser; we do not store what you type. Details are in our privacy policy.

- Response time. We typically reply within one to two business days. Include the page URL and screenshots for bug reports so we can reproduce the issue faster.
A note on support
The 360 Tools is a small team focused on shipping useful free utilities. We prioritise bug fixes, inaccurate results and accessibility issues. Feature requests are welcome — we cannot build every idea immediately, but popular requests shape the roadmap.
